The objective of the specialization is to provide relevant theoretical knowledge and practical skills sufficient to successful fulfilling responsibilities in the field of digital design as well as prepare students for further employment.

• Efficiently use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Xd, FIGMA, Cinema 4D, Blender Adobe After Effects, Jira, Trello, Miro and others.
• Analyze, research and design websites, mobile applications, and user interfaces.
• Design 3D graphics, animation graphics and digital illustrations.
• Conduct interviews and in-depth analysis of the target audience.

Teaching team

Mykola Voronin, head of specialization, has more than 15 years of experience, the author of many successful courses in UI \ UX and Digital Design. Under his supervision, 18 groups (more than 300 students) have graduated and now successfully work in the best IT companies and design studios in Ukraine. Mykola is a founder of the CEO of Voronin Design Studio, one of the best design studios in Western Ukraine and a co-founders of LITS UI / UX design in 2013.

Oleksandr Tolmachov is a lecturer in Social Media Production (SMP), with more than 10 years of experience in photography and video making. He is a co-founder of Vroll production studio.

Andriana Voloshin is a lecturer in Digital Graphics Fundamentals and Service Design, experience designer at EPAM Systems. Andriana believes that being a designer is, about love for people, because the main mission of specialists in this field is to create a product that will solve their problems and meet their particular needs. As for University, Andriana believes that students are one of her greatest sources of inspiration and motivation.

Lubomyr Havrylchak, Social Media Production lecturer, teaches video shooting and editing. He is mainly engaged in video editing and filming, as well as video animation. He has extensive experience in drone video recording. He is experienced in basic video editing programs, has created his own presets for them and devised algorithms for working with many tasks.

Yevhen Tyulieniev, a teacher of Mobile Application Design with an experience of more than 8 years. Develops the design and logic of products that are used not only in Ukraine but also abroad. UX / UI Designer in Cieden.

Maksym Hnatyk is a teacher Digital Illustration. He finished Nova Poshta School of Business, completed educational programs from the British Council, PPV Knowledge Network and the EBRD in the field of creative industries and business in Ukraine.

Who is this area of training suitable for?

The Digital Design specialization is about creativity and organizational skills at the same time.

On the one hand, a designer must constantly keep his finger on the pulse, because trends in this area are changing at lightning speed; must be a good speaker to convey their often "crazy ideas" to the customer; must be as open to anything new since inspiration is quite capricious, sometimes it comes completely unexpectedly.

On the other hand, digital design requires attentiveness, logics, and great organizational skills. After all, to be successful in your niche, you need to stand on your own two feet, bear in mind that no matter how interesting the idea is, practicality should be above all.

Finally, a good designer is always a psychologist who knows how to manage his emotions, understands the feelings of the customer, is emotionally intelligent and knows how to meet the needs and desires of the client.

If your creativity and cold mind go hand in hand, then this profession will undoubtedly become your treasure. It will not be easy, but very interesting.
