We have designed flexible educational programs that incorporate new ideas, new technologies, and new areas of training that are emerging rapidly in the field of IT. Today, our students together with teachers-practitioners, are using technologies that have just appeared on the market, combining university studies with work on real projects in IT companies (dual education). A large set of elective subjects in the educational program gives everyone an opportunity to choose the area of training they prefer.

Within the educational program Computer Science, students can choose from a wide range of elective subjects and form educational trajectories with an emphasis on their preferences:

• Web Programming
• Data Science
• Digital Design
• Business Analysis
• DevOps and others.

The Major & Minor educational model has been introduced at the IT STEP University. Within the model a student receives a degree in Computer Science (major) and may receive an additional qualification (minor) that is not directly related to the major, thus forming an interdisciplinary specialization and expanding their opportunities in the labor market. The university offers the following Minor programs:

• Management
• Digital Economy
• Digital Marketing and Sales
