Plan for organizational activities:
1. Open a postgraduate program at the university and organize its operation based on the full participation of postgraduates and their supervisors in the execution of real funded projects.
2. Organize the process of training highly qualified scientific personnel as part of work with degree seekers.
3. Continue efforts to establish contacts and organize international scientific cooperation with universities and IT companies both within Ukraine and abroad, including active participation in the work of the International Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance (AIIA), of which the university is a corporate member.
4. Engage university staff in writing articles, patent applications, and monographs based on scientific research within their fields and encourage their participation in editorial boards and the peer review process of domestic and international scientific publications.
5. Develop mechanisms to motivate university staff for scientific and innovative activities through the creation of an incentive system, including financial support mechanisms for publishing articles in journals indexed in abstract and citation databases.
6. Participate in the organization and hosting of international scientific conferences and seminars.
